Prices

At Loafers Club ApS, all prices are displayed inclusive of VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We are not responsible for out-of-stock items.

 

Payment

Loafers Club ApS accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payment will be charged to your account once the item is shipped. All amounts include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors as well as out-of-stock or discontinued items.

 

Shipping

Loafers Club ApS strives to ship orders received before 5 PM on the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day.

We offer free shipping across Europe. Items will be delivered to the specified delivery address at the time of ordering.

Note: If there is no space at the designated pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup point, and you will be notified. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service.

Items are delivered on weekdays, and your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Certain items may have specific shipping terms, which will be specified prior to purchase of these items.

 

Warranty

In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, there is a 2-year warranty. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the option to have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper handling of the product or service. You must report the defect within a "reasonable time" after discovering the issue. Loafers Club ApS will cover the return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept shipments sent by cash on delivery.

 

Refund

If a refund is required, please kindly provide your bank details, including the sort code and account number, so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be securely provided via email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive, and will only be used to complete the refund process.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return policy for items purchased from our webshop.

The period starts from the day when:

  • You receive the order.

  • You take physical possession of the last item when the order contains multiple items that are ordered in one go but delivered separately or in multiple shipments.

  • You take physical possession of the last batch or part when the agreement involves delivery of goods in several batches/parts.

  • You take physical possession of the first item when the agreement involves regular delivery of goods over a certain period.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal. The notice should be sent by email to contact@loafersclub.com. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item, please complete the enclosed return form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously providing clear notification of the cancellation.

 

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Items that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have been clearly personalized.

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Items that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.

  • Items where the seal has been broken.

  • Non-financial services that have been performed, if the service delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires once the service is fully performed.

  • Delivery of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal.

  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.

  • Contracts concluded at a public auction.

  • Items that deteriorate or expire quickly


 

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring it is properly packaged. It is recommended to include a copy of the order confirmation. The processing of your return package will be faster if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.

You bear the risk for the item from the moment of delivery until we have received it back.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

 

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the item that results from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it on in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described, it is considered used. This means that if you decide to return the purchase, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you must only examine the item without actually using it.

 

Refund

If you decide to cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid to us back. In the case of any value depreciation for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided proof of return before this time.

In order to enter into an agreement with us and make purchases on our website, we require the following information about you:

  • Information about what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you and handling inquiries related to your purchase. The processing is carried out in accordance with the rules set out in the privacy policy of Loafers Club ApS.
